when driving and any change in the road surface the car will either sway left or right but when i driving fast it does not happen
way could i get 2 original shocks assembly for my car that is shock housing springs and shock it self
dropped my car by suspex so i was wondering it how they cut shorten the shock barrrel if that could have caused it

Shocks are specifically engineered suspension components. Wouldn't shortening the shock housing affect the rebound and compression characteristics of the shock absorber?

If you are lowering the car, you should use specifically designed shocks and springs for this purpose.

drop springs is under $1200 and works much better Anyway what you are describing there is what they call Bump Steer this normally happens when one wheel turns or pivots a few degrees independent of the other worn steering ends or ball joints are the main culprits you should check to see if the front suspension was reassembled correctly or if any component was damaged during the process.

how wide are your tires? and what is your wheel offset?
there so many causes of these symptoms that you need to list everything that you altered on the vehicle, such as ride height, wheel diameter, tire size, wheel offset, tire pressure etc.
need more info

tires have a date of manufacture stamped on the side
the general rule is do not buy tires if they are already over two years old

bump steer is not the movement of one wheel in relation to the other as described by little lion
bump steer is the change in steering geometry as the suspension is compressed of extended, in this case it can be caused by the car being lowered and the alignment not corrected to suit.
