Horn Malfunction

Yesterday I was about to overtake a car when i press the horn it stuningly did not work it could of cause a slight accident. Any body ever experience this Question

where the horn is located on the 306 could cause you some sounding issues as i had same problem years ago, if you drove through water at any point it could have caused this as this was the situation on mine, or it could just be that you need to change it.
