Schumacher Helps Design Motorcycle Helmet

Schumacher and racing go hand in hand, and now that Michael has left Formula 1 he has been spotted on motorcycles with different levels of success ranging from a pro-amateur series win to a nasty crash. And even if motorcycle racing and Formula 1 have only a few things in common, helmets require the same attention to detail.

Michael Schumacher has used Schuberth helmets throughout his F1 career and has now helped develop a brand new helmet with the German company. The first helmet he brought his wealth of experience to is the Schuberth Race. The extremely lightweight and aerodynamic helmet is packed with technical and safety innovations because there simply is no room for error.

Michael said: �Attention to detail has always been particularly important to me, and I don�t intend to leave anything to chance in the future either.� Henry Rivers Fletcher of Oxford Products (UK importers for Schuberth), commented: �We expect some great results from this relationship as the former champ channels some of his renowned perfectionism into the evolution of Schuberth products.�
