A Christmas present to all Subaru lovers was unleashed from Fuji Heavy Industries on December 25th. The 3rd-gen Forester brings Subaru's latest crossover interpretation of a comfortable, off-road capable performance vehicle to active lifestyle families. Since 1997, the Forester has combined the comforts of a car with the capabilities of an SUV.
Highlights of the new model include:
��Roomier interior
��New chassis & exterior
��Doors that open wider
��AVCS (active valve control system) on engines for more power and lower emmisions
��Sport Shift on AT models
��Incline Start Assist on MT models to prevent rollback on hills
��AWD with LSD
��16" or 17" wheels
� 50% lower emissions on Turbo engine
