PARIS (MarketWatch) -- French car maker PSA Peugeot Citroen SA (12150.FR) is considering building a plant in Russia and would partner with Japan's Mitsubishi Corp.
French business daily La Tribune reported Thursday, citing industrial sources.
The plant would be located near Saint-Petersburg and would represent a total investment of EUR120 million, the daily also reported, adding that the announcement could be made by the end of the year.
