15 March 2007
The 2007 Formula One season gets underway this weekend in Melbourne and, as always, Formula1.com will be bringing you Official Live Timing from every session. And this year we are offering the option of a new, larger screen size.
Our Live Timing system streams real-time data directly from Formula One Management's Technical Facility at the race track, keeping you instantly updated throughout practice, qualifying and the race. Also new for 2007 is a constant best-lap indicator during Sunday afternoons Grand Prix.
Access to Live Timing is free and requires nothing more than a simple, one-off registration. If you have previously registered, the login process remains unchanged. If you are new to Live Timing, just click here for more details.

I will be setting up the laptop next to the TV when the race is going on. The Live Timing broadcast gives alot more information on the statistics of the race than what is shown on TV. |

These are a few of the screens that you can bring up during the live timing.

Note that there is a running commentary on the race to the right hand side of each screen. |
