A CRIME OF A DIFFERENT KIND
What would YOU do�?
�if your neighbour plans to build an 8 STOREY building right on YOUR doorstep!?
�if he welded shut YOUR access gates!? EMERGENCY EXITS SEALED OFF
�if he placed a dozen 20 foot pillars on YOUR wall? DISREGARD FOR YOUR PROPERTY
   
How would YOU feel�?
� when noise, dust, fumes and bright lights disturb YOUR otherwise peaceful home day and night!? INDUSTRIAL EXCESS IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA
� when you experience horrors of man-made earthquakes everyday as a result of constant, ear piercing pile driving by the same neighbor? AND IT'S RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR WINDOW
And how would YOU feel�?
...if all of this was done without proper consultation and consideration for YOUR own well-being?
The residents of Gulf View Villas are being �squashed out� of THEIR residential space by the indiscriminate expansion of THEIR very own neighbours, Gulf City Mall Limited!
How can our regulating bodies approve such a development in a residential area?
THEY ARE SHOWING THEIR DISGUST BY BOYCOTTING GULF CITY MALL.
What would you do?

When i heard about this project i was pleased that the mall was expanding etc, but when i saw the other side in respect to the residents i was upset...How could Town & County approve this...Remember awhile ago this project was not approve and they had to stop and then suddenly it start back..
One would think that GV Villas would have given the prestigie of being next to the mall..Its like how West Mall is the apartment is right next to it...But for some reason they not thinking so...I am sorry for the residents cannot stop it , its a shame on Gulf City mgt to disrespect another man's property.. |
