Stage II Head
Cam
port and pollish intakes
alta pulleys
clutch
uuc exhaust and headers
alta cold air intake

Too Dam much shiet to list...fedup typing

Guys i did these mods when i had about 8K miles on my car.....be careful doing it...its voids your warrenty.....yes from the dealer...

to me fast enough.......i think i'm in the mid two's..in hp..never dyno, well the shop that put it together, thats all he does is mini coopers...
