It isn't accessed by users. We will have to create accounts for particular people to sign in and each of these will have to be approved by the respective media department of the company that owns the website.
What it does mean usually is that we get the latest news, press releases and access to media high-res photos. This saves us the work of having to scour the net and gives us photos that we can place a zorce logo on as per "worldcarfans.com" and other wallpaper/news websites. We should have access to quality info as well rather that 2nd hand tidbits from other websites and forums.
This year I am looking at posting more of this kind of news on the hompage as it happens to let Zorce become a better provider of international news.

I see Contacts for North America, Europe, Japan & Asia, North American Operations and Worldwide Operations including Japan, South America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. So I guess it's their main media site for International info.
The site is fairly open as anyone can access it at http://www.hondanews.com/
But to gain full access we needed authorisation.
