oil in spark plug hole

hey guys i was just wondering if anybody had any ideas as to how oil will get in the spark plug holes? its the tu5 engine ! the spark plug tips are clean! no oil what so ever on the plugs just on top of the spark plug seal and alitte on the treads!, i real doubt its the piston rings as i get good power and i have no smoke out de tail pipe!

It may just be the oil seals in the rocker cover that may require changing

hmm is that the outer cover for the rockers? or are the seals located inside the rocker cover?
