hey guy i have a B11 sunny which as we know is FWD. So i didn't want to sell the car so i opted to build a project form it. First i went with just an Avenir Sr20det engine and box, but then i said why i want to be spinning tyres and cant get traction. It took me a while to decide what i wanted to do, i finally decide to go AWD. At first i wondered if there was any B11 AWD cars did some research and did not came across any, so i went ahead to get some info on the pulsar and how compatable the suspension would be in a sunny, so all well and good i decided to get the pulsar rear end complete together wih the gearbox and driveshaft.
The build took me a while because i have a full time job and is only on the weeken i can work and do the project.
Well let me see, if u look at the site i have the pics on u will the amount of work i did plus there is more pics ti show the entire conversion process by its a lot. cus u kno with speed u need to upgrade your brakes and u can c i have on skyline R34 13"rotors and assembly, which cost some paper.
i can go on,on,on,on,on, but i will give an price on engine, box, diff and suspension
engine (avenir) $8000.00
gearbox (pulsar) $5000.00
diff. independent (pulsar) $3500.00
suspension (b14) $ 2000.00
brakes (R34 13" rotors) $3500.00
brakes booster cylinder (P12 1"cylinder) $700.00
and the most inportant part labour (me) i can give a price
u c the build was a very good experience, although it took approx. 9 months.

Really interesting project.. .. and please don't hesitate to go "on and on and on"... that's the whole idea behind this section of the forums
So what about your thoughts on drivability/performance etc now..? _________________ Mowgli : "Use the Zorce Princess Kaveshla!"...

to be honest a lot of work went into this project and i have a lot of pis to show.
but any one wants any idears they can call me 7852025.
as for the driving the car runs very good, not getting any vibriations with the drive shaft and other stuff.
the car feels very strong, it want to brake traction on all 4 wheels, the only problem i have is that the stock clutch and pressure plate is not holding the power, because i build over the engine to make alot power than stock.
it seems that nissan japan knew that i would be doing this kinda work to their B11 sunny, so they build the car this way. lol. the engine and 4WD box fit there like it came with the car. i was very supprised.
i just changed the clutch system so now i just have to test drive. i hope now i can actually brake traction on all 4 wheels.
hey and thank for the words. |

well to honest i have never heard of a 4WD B11 sunny. i have seen rear wheel drive set up, but not the 4WD. i would like to think that my B11 is the only one with an SR20det 4WD in the caribbean.
but i stant to be corrected. i would like to see any B11 4WD set up if any body knows anyone. |

I love the work you put into the 11. plenty labour and sweat. not like them fellas who call HKS & AEM & Summit & load up they credit card to build the car.. nice work pardner. This is how it's done .
when you sort out that clutch I would really like to see that car rip. _________________
