The number in the partnumber is the Heatrange, probably something you dont really want to get
wrong and a 6 is a hotter plug than factory (would probably be good if you were to turbo a 4G92
Mivec) I run a 8 heatrange (colder than factory) in my 1.9 Hybrid NA, on a heavily modifyed
4G9X NA you are probably better to run a colder plug although im sure the factory one will be fine... |

So BUY a 3/8"-drive socket and 10-12" extension for better clearance.

You don't want a "cheapie" socket to slip and break the spark plug in the head either... |
Try a specialist tool store for a top quality socket wrench... (Snap-On?... Williams?)
Equpment & Supply (W.I.) Ltd... Pillai Tools..... or Laughlin & DeGannes as a last resort.

If budget is smaller like mine, check for used brand-name tools first.

BTW don't forget to use a torque wrench to tighten spark-plugs... especially in alloy heads.
