The number in the partnumber is the Heatrange, probably something you dont really want to get
wrong and a 6 is a hotter plug than factory (would probably be good if you were to turbo a 4G92
Mivec) I run a 8 heatrange (colder than factory) in my 1.9 Hybrid NA, on a heavily modifyed
4G9X NA you are probably better to run a colder plug although im sure the factory one will be fine...

In the first place... some 1/2"-drive sockets "bind" in the spark-plug hole.
So BUY a 3/8"-drive socket and 10-12" extension for better clearance.
You REALLY don't want to strip the threads in the head... Explode with Rage ... Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
You don't want a "cheapie" socket to slip and break the spark plug in the head either... Crying or Very sad

Try a specialist tool store for a top quality socket wrench... (Snap-On?... Williams?)
Equpment & Supply (W.I.) Ltd... Pillai Tools..... or Laughlin & DeGannes as a last resort.
(San Fernando - 657-8838.)....... (Port-of-Spain.)...... (Port-of-Spain.)

If budget is smaller like mine, check for used brand-name tools first.

BTW don't forget to use a torque wrench to tighten spark-plugs... especially in alloy heads.
