What is peak torque RPM Question

Vishu has some nice parts (like their trunk mounted secondary gas tank since the evo is a gas guzzler and you can have your race gas for track days), but I was disappointed to see their evo not comptete in Best Motoring's American Touge. The car didn't compete because it blew the head gasket....that worries me about their tuning and reliability.
