2006 TTKA New race dates and activities as follows :

Movie Towne Display of Karts and Promotion of TTKA - Thur 13th to Tues 18th April.

Press launch of Race season with sponsors and special guests. Fri 21st April

Driving School - Sat 13th May Class room session

Driving School - Sunday 14th May - Track session

Meet 3 - Sun 28th May

Meet 4 - Sun 28th May

Jamaica International & Rotax Regional run off - August 12th & 13th

Meet 7 - Sun 27th August.

Changes to race dates(changes have to been made to above list)

Dear Members,

The postponement of this weekends' race meet has caused much trouble to reschedule. Unless there is a national disaster the following dates are set in CONCRETE.

RACE DATED FOR THE REST OF 2006
Sunday 30th July
Sunday 6th August
Sunday 27th August
Sunday 3rd September
Sunday 24th September
Sunday 22nd October
Sunday 19th November

Notes : This year's season consists of 11 race meets. The management committee is proposing 13 race meets for 2007.
Any rotax drivers that have not sent in their international registration form and fees will not be eligible to compete form now on.
Any karts in violation of tech regs upon scrutineering will be fined or disallowed from competing from now on. Post race tech inspections will be undertaken on top finishers beginning next upcoming event.

Development of the ARC track continues. The following is in progress :
1. Installation of rumble strips - we need help from the membership on this. Please email or call to offer your help
2. Clearing of a drain to prevent flooding on track.
3. Purchase of second container to complete control tower.

The secretary of TTKA will send out another email reconfirming the contents of this email.
