Heh guy. Got a 4wd Ck2 and would like to upgrade everything; engine, box and brakes. Brakes first though. Everything is stock and the car is automatic. Would like to install a 4g93t and 5 fwd box, but the brakes must be first. Hope to complete everything for when I go on July-August vacation. Any HELP would be greatly appreciated. Right now ALL I know about cars is : put key in ignition and turn!

Would like to install a 4g93t and 5 fwd box... Why 4G93... and not 4G63 Question

Ususlly I would suggest the 1.8 4G93 Turbo for a fwd CK Lancer...
For a 4wd CK Lancer, the 4G63 will be more expensive... but much easier to get...
A 4G63 also produces more torque... better performance... but worse milage.

Evo 4/5/6 front half is more $$$... but MUCH easier to get than 1.8 GSR (CM5A) front half...
BTW I have a 4wd 1.8 GSR too... you'll soon get fedup and want MORE power Exclamation ... Twisted Evil

brakes must be first... ...Right now ALL I know about cars is : put key in ignition and turn!...
No experts here padna. All of us always have more to learn.

"Brakes first"... "Looking for 1.8 4G93 instead of 4G63"...

You have a good approach for a so-called newbie though...
IMHO do as much RESEARCH as possible before you start to buy parts...
You'll save $$$ that way by buying the correct parts...

This might help with starting the research... Link--> How To "Evolutionize" your Lancer!
