Fellow zorcers, I am sure that the news surrounding the death of the little 6 year old boy (I don't even want to talk about how he died etc) has sickened you deeply as it has sickened and opened the eyes of so many others including myself.
What has this country come to? What kind of creature of Satan could do something so horrific? Men saying how they watching movies like Cannibal Holocaust and catching "kixx", how would you like if it was your son that this horrid act was done to? I certainly hope that these acts, when performed in reality, sickens you too.
This...I dunno, I don't know what to say. Where is the moral fibre of humans in this country? This one has hit me hard, I am sure it has hit you hard also.
Out of respect for this little innocent boy, who never even got a chance to live, and the alarming rate of brutal murders in this country to date (103 killings thus far), and the downward spiral our country's society seems to be taking.....I would like to propose a day of mourning for this young boy.
I propose that we set a day, and all wear a particular colour and/or drive with our headlights on (or put a banner of a selected colour on our vehicles) to show our condolences to the family and to show the nation a reminder that some people are still good in this country...as we have gotten a grim reminder that pure evil also exists. Please lend your support, this country cannot go on this way, let us as a community of 5000+ members try to make a difference.
Please comment constructively, I don't want too much nonsense in this thread, this is a serious topic.
