Rear air diffuser

This is the first hot hatch in its segment to feature a rear air diffuser using technology derived directly from Formula 1. The rear air diffuser works in harmony with the air intakes positioned behind the front wheel arches to ensure unrivalled dynamic performance.

For optimal stability, it produces the equivalent of an additional 40kg of rear downforce at very high speed without detracting from the cars carefully honed aerodynamics. To measure the diffuser's effectiveness, the dual exhausts are fitted within the side channels to ensure that they do not interfere with the efficiency of the system.
