The Fast and the Curious
What happens when you ask young design students from around the world to create a new Ferrari? Jeremy Taylor reports from Maranello.
"It�s the first time Ferrari has laid down a global design challenge to find fresh and innovative ideas for their sports cars of the future. Twenty teams of students spent more than eight months working on intricate 1:4 scale models, which were then flown to the company�s headquarters in Maranello for judging."
"And the prize on offer to the winners couldn�t have been much bigger�a once-in-a-lifetime chance to spend three months working with designers at Ferrari, or at the company�s styling house at Pininfarina."
