Did some research on the Tu5 1587 cc (1.6) 8v/16v. It turns out that scores of Peugeot and Citroen vehicle models some dating as far back as pre 1980 share the same 78.5mm x 82.0mm bore and stroke block. These engines range from as low as 80 HP to as high as 214HP and compression ratios from 9.6 : 1 to as high as 12.4 : 1 The main difference between these engines is the configuration of the heads and valve train. These are the specks for the 206 super 16

Engine: Tu5
No. cylinder 4
CC 1587 (x1.7 if turbocharged)
Bore / Stroke (mm) 78.7 / 82
Comp. Ratio N/A ( a closely guarded secret)
Max. Power (bhp) 214
Revs. 8500
Max. Torque (kg/m) 18
Revs. 6000
Turbo: no turbo
No. Valves: 16
