Well the first one is de transport Pudgy~Zorce~Red Dawg Style ....or should it be Red Dawg~Pudgy~Zorce style......or maybe Zorce~Pudgy~Red Dawg ?????.... Anyway we zorce it, the next one will be the " Oh GOOOOD!" project..

Taking a look inside the Engine: Scrapping the head
Hmmm... it has begun
We will, we will SCRAP YOU! (and take a look at your innards)
Once more on the hoist to get it on the table
Off comes the cover
And the gasket
Rocker arms
Interesting valve springs... something's different
Double springs yo!
Slackening with this amalgamation of tools makes it possible to get the job done, not quite the ideal method but it works. Engineering teachers would want to pelt a clout...
Off comes the rocker assembly
Exposing the pushrods
The dreaded cardboard-box-flap-pushrod-organiser
And yes you should NOT mix them up, label accordingly
Finally the head is off!
But what ees theeeees!!!!
Water has found its way into the cylinder, we saw evidence of this in the head ports but this is BAD. Rust has penetrated the combustion chamber and cylinder wall. This engine is destined for 1380 overbore treatment...

Removing the oil pump
Star drive oil pump
A well-deserved Red Bull mini break!
Separating engine and gearbox
Main journals cut to the max
Loosening the con-rod bearing cap
A little coaxing needed
And it's off!
Con-rod journals also cut to the max... this crank is done.
That's it for this engine unless we build a 1380cc motor.
