First AGM July 29

Island Pugs of T&T would like to invite all members of the Lion's den to come to our first AGM. This is a very important meeting for everyone to attend it will be about the club formation;club issues; polos; etc not only meeting everyone but to voice your opinion in the club's direction and to share ideas . The schedule date is mention above location we are looking at a south venue(subject to change) and one place come to my mind is Point a Pierre club (the one with the golf course), i am a memeber there and i can only bring 10 guests if more than 10 is coming this venue is out. Suggestions would be cool so please voice them.

In summary: AGM July29 2pm@ Point a Pierre.

i'll be on hand to offer ,y advice in whatever way i can , interms of club structure since we at the mini club are up and running , can i suggest possible venue change if its ok to the presentation college auditorium in sanfernando , i can ask school if its ok , to do i will get back to you all on that

july 29th is a good day but i have to see how my schedule running first i have two performances that day (music) at about prolly 5-6pm it starting how long do u forsee this meeting taking if nething i can come for a portion if i cant make whole meeting due to my other engagements but i will try to be present Wink

gunner, thanks for your support.

savvy, i do not see it a problem that you for a while, seeing that u have a gig( i hope u know that word) on that day perhaps we can set a north venue, so u can make it and still get time for your preparation.

I cannot stress the importance of this meeting.
