Well people......these are the facts......
Adrenalin....is the Main determining factor. IF you have been exposed to Adreniline as a child in the womb.....you develop a kind of addiction to the loveliy substance. The adrenaline is then seeked by the infant after its maternal supply has been cut off. this accounts for the noisey babies, the attention needing babies, people/social babies, and of course the adolscent period where individuals try to get the familiar feeling of the adrenaline in the womb syndrome.
Now the adrenaline pumped by mom can be from ANYTHING that excites her...from fast cars to needlepoint. We at that stage cannot differntiate the cause...but we are well aware of the effect of the glorious hormone.
so Dawg feels it is a "adrenaline Thing"....slightly leaning to genetic disposition.....It genetic encoding to like ole car is a choice....not a condition.

hahahaha I had washiekongs at one time:) ...waaaaye... they were cheap and easy to maintian I'll tell you that.. I even learnt that you could just fling them in the washing machine and doh have to worry about it.
But yeah I know the whole Bata bullets scene - and I like the good explanation of it posted before by Narend - I didn't realise that people didn't know about it nah... Boy why yuh have to go and make meh feel old or somethin now!!
hahaha... j/k
But anyhow - one the topics of the Adrenalin & the womb, fast cars and heavy foot... am I grow up with Narend - need I say more? But really - I really think that my love of the speed lifestyle has started with my parents for sure.. BOTH of them.
We used to design "shoes" with rags and paper and see who could race down the ramp faster..
I remember building buses and cars, by putting sterring wheel and tires on a double decker bed!
And of course, when we late rampaging the Rx-2 through the cane field cause we beating the morning traffic fuh school:) And lovin every minute of it.
So i'll add on some more stories as the posts go on... before I drop ah book here:) _________________ Mowgli : "Use the Zorce Princess Kaveshla!"...

He's prolly the only one in my entire family that was really into it to the level of hardcore tuning etc. When i was small i grew accustomed to his spirited drives..use to luv 'em really..wind the window down and feel the breeze while he's pumping a lil 160 or 180 or so. He luved the old school babies...had everything from Escorts to Capris, so that grew off on me as well. Generally love for racing and cars kinda comes partly from him and his driving, i guess partly from genes and partly just myself watching and loving the experience and thrill of racing and cars! |

Dont know bout d bata bullets relation to a speed lifestyle, jus knew that they were the school shoes that we used to kicks bout.
My speed and racing addiction i guess is genetic, to a point and adrenelin addiction also. Grew up in it never grew out, got to race and never turned back.

Bata....memories
Sadly, I remember in primary school, the poorer kids would have Batas cuz they were affordable, just like the generic 'green bag'.....the thing is, they would be teased for wearing 'batadogs' by the kids whose parents could afford more expensive shoes......Bata kids really had it rough
As for speed, u could not live with my dad and not love sports cars.....was all he ever talked about, car mags all over the house, plus growing up with an MGB roadster, the HSR, and a racing car........matural progression, I guess _________________
