Pioneer is as popular a brand as Honda and Nissanwhat these decks have is appearance and pretty display which really dont make much sense. The resource that is used to produce the pretty graphics is at the expense of the quality or magnitude of the processing capability. so if it sounds good, think about it might sound if all the resources were used for sound processing and not graphics!!!!
When choosing a deck, apart from your own personal basic technical requirements (mp3, sub output, etc) look for the frequency response, the wider the better e.g. 20 KHz to 20Hz or even 20 KHz to 5Hz
db gain is also important the higher the better most common is around 8 but 10 14 is available on some decks
Pre Out voltage this goes hand in hand with db gain 5v and above is ideal.
Blaupunkt is a good place to start. |

well, i'm not really into music, but I have a Pioneer Premier cd deck (with all the graphics and blue lights and sheit) and a Pioneer Premier amp (new, don't know the model). Had an mtx 12 inch sub but sold it and got some other brand 12 inch sub. I got some MTX mid range as well.
Always liked the pioneers. _________________ Ghetto Breed. |

Good is relative..........check the technical Specifications ask for the booklet that comes with the deck and DO NOT LISTEN TO THE SALES MAN!!!!!!!!! read the booklet that is why yuh went to school read! take down model numbers check the net and read! |
