how was the zorce web site started?

Just curious...how and when ..just would like to know a bit of the history of this site...

well yuh see, looong time ago, when Percy Sledge was still ah Hammer, a wee lil nipper named Naren was playin wid his Stomper, when he decided to adda second DC motor, and the rest is history.............

We started Zorce.com in July of 2002 with two Issues in hand. The primary objective was to sell magazines via online subscriptions and or ordering. Currently online ordering is down for updates to include our newest issue #8.

Initially, we did not want to hamper the growth of our allies Trinituner.com, so online features and articles were avoided. When Trinituner.com became firmly established in 2005, we took the decision to create the new Zorce.com to be ale to cultivate a new group of users from our established readership. This group would be able to see the magazine as something primary on our own website and would be allowed direct interaction with our editors through the addiition of our Forums.

Now our primary objective is feedback from our users and online interaction from more users abroad who may not be able to easily access the printed magazine. We also seek those from our region who excel internationally and we welcome foreign users who share our comon love of all things automotive. From imports to projects to antiques, everyone has a place on Zorce.

The typical user of Zorce.com is more the serious minded individual when it comes to cars but of course one who appreciates a healthy dose of facts and fun. Our forums are open to avid enthusiasts and curious newbies alike. The Forums are structured in many categories to make information access that much easier.

Main Page content consists of web-exclusive features in addition to magazine article flashbacks. We also highlight MotorSport news and our primary focus is heading for mainstream automotive news and updates. We also make room for a bit of entertainment off the beaten path. On the main page users can access free desktop wallpapers, made from actual magazine photos available exclusively to Zorce.
