Street Class Records broken again at Wallers!!!

Dale is officially the fastest street car at 10.7 (unofficial), 10.8 officially, beating his brevious record-breaking time of 10.9. Dale's actual fastest time was 10.7, but is not considered a record since he red lighted this run in competition.

Yancy Mohammed in his Red Legal Imports Supra clocked his personal best at 11.1. Yancy seemed well on his way into 10s when apparently a piston floated causing him to shut down just before the finish line. He was unable to continue.

Gregory Chung's Silver Bullet Civic ran 11.2, that will take the record for fastest FWD STREET car record. Also of excellent note was the blue SR20DET two door Escort that ran against him. Although it lost the run, this car posted a commendable 11.7 sec time.

The Yellow "Godfather" Rx7 2G ran a 12.5, will have to double check if this was his fastest

The 1200 put down a "wining" 11.0

Mint Cars ran 7.49 on Sat, Sun 7.6

Rishi ran 7.98 in his rail with a single 300-shot, 900hp total. This is an amazing time considering it is a simple small block chevy doing around 600hp and considering that he is a first timer.

Jason Laing finally did a full, clean pass running an immaculate 9.058sec @ 143.76mph in his full race Puff n' Stuff Rx7� the fastest Rotary time of the 2005!!!

The Katanga Rail also ran an 8.009 on raw power (supercharged), without nitrous. We have to double check with Rawle Mahabir and all the open-class competitors to see if that was the fastest no-nitrous pass.

WRT no-nitrous record, Sheldon Bissessar may have run a 7.7 this year, we are still trying to confirm this.

Gerard Maraj also set a new record for the fastest 1600cc vehicle in T&T for 2005. This remarkable Mitsubishi Lancer is still running on the modified factory engine from Diamond Motors!!! The 4G92 16v SOHC 1600cc engine has been turbocharged and tuned by TEKNET performance. At last Sunday's drag meet this daily-driven Lancer ran a comfortable 13.2@114mph. Gerard is confident about bettering this time.

Hey Narend, nice shots. I especially like the second one of Rishi's car. Nice shot with the shadow effect of the sun. Looks textbook styling.
