no Karl-sized hammer
we did manage to get the pulley machined and installed........looks a bit wobbly tho, so gonna order another one
So...........belt tensioner and idler pulley successfully installed. The mechanic also took the time to repair the broken bracket that secures the radiator filler pipe to the alternator mounting bolt.....
Also we decided to see if the brake booster was repairable (been driving without brake boost over 2 years now) Booster had a fair amount of brake fluid in it.....weird because the level never dropped...who knows how long it had fluid.............
Anyways, no kit for rebuilding the booster, and no replacement available, so we ended up installing a toyota setup (complete booster and master cyl)
Let the lambassing begin
