House looking great, lad!
Don't forget to install the ladder under the "fire escape" window opening... or just leave a spatula by the wall underneath... Laughing

lol i hope to get a rope ladder
in any event the garage roof will be under the windows when the garage is put in place, so the leap of faith won't require that much faith Smile

The roof supporting i-beams are actually anchored to the ring beam, not the bricks...
At the base of each vertical 2 x 4 I beam is a piece running horizontally along the ring beam, to spread the load. Each horizontal section was anchored (welded) to steel within the ring beam When the walls were raised 2 brick rows above the ring beam, each roof support was reinforced with concrete. We basically boxed both sides of the brick wall and poured concrete

under seal will be standard sheeting from Damus, i the same grey to match the roof. Grey will take longer to look dirty than white!

Great.
You know what i forgot to tell the electricians....i forgot to tell then to leave/run extra pipe and box for cable TV/Internet Rolling Eyes
They did however remembered to run a sub panel at the garage with a 50A four core cable and welding outlets, with all the rush it is easy to forget

thanks Plexorama
SNIPER, my electrician remembered to run boxes for cable and phone so we got away Smile
Good that you remembered the sub panel and welding outlets as well. I amde sure to run two 220 outlets, because you never know when you might need to plug in an arc welder. We also wired the rooms for a/c just in case, even tho we dont plan on it......and a plug for a dryer, again just in case. We also put in a splitter in the event we ever decide to put apartments downstairs, so basically upstairs and downstairs can can be metered independently if we decide to go that route

SNIPER don't forget to put in some vents when you do the underseal on your eve. Allows for air expansion and prevents your ceiling from 'jumping' when you open and close doors
