The Pup is not my son.
They all say that at first. Wait until he starts doing well in school... "My boy got 100%! Takes after his old man, he does!"
lol. i will be posting updates this week. Not much visible progress, but the frame is alot sturdier now.
What happened to the frame... you threw it??

lol!
Ok, to get things back up to speed, here is a recap of the past few months.
The floor was completed, butt welds where possible, stich welded, not tacked. Both rear sections. Primed in red oxide, coarted in industrial enamel:
There was a small suprise at Christmas time. Ok, a few small suprises. My dog decided that the front driver side floor was the ideal place to have her pups! lol:
Work done on right side roof. Removing rusty sill exposed equally rusty inner structure. Rust has been removed, replaced with new steel. Sill has been butt and stich welded in place. Still to be finished off smoothly.
As she stands, not much change visualy:
I had intended to be ahead of this point by now but my restrictive factor has been time. I hope to replace the rocker panels next weekend, taking care of most of the structural work on the car. _________________

No McGuire, course not. But if the Zod were willing to flex them car-welding, fixer-upper muscles he's sprouted since, then I would certainly drag that green carcass down south and sic him on it... _________________ big red rice-eater |

It works. Front suspension is pretty much shot. Rust around windshield, and a couple other spots. Other that that it's relatively solid.
We just have not gotten time to getting it back on the road as yet. _________________

Who said anything about placing it in the yard? I was going to just drop it in the roadway alongside your house... The neighbours would have no difficulty figuring out who the old tatty English car belongs to... I figure the "shame/embarrassment" factor alone would be enough for you to "Trojan horse" it inside your property and fix it... _________________ big red rice-eater |

^lol. That just may work. And yes, the neighbours would have no doubt as to whom the car belongs to. Would be hard convincing the others here that it is in fact a hunter. _________________

Shhhhh! Dem don't know I dealing her yet, you go blow me cover!
Hope to get some work done on it this weekend. Those rocker panels changing soon for sure. After that, the car will be structurally whole and would be able to be moved. _________________
