AKA things that used to park up outside.
found some pics of the others.
Thought MG et al may appreciate them.
Chevrolet Chevelle.
Dad services this occasionally for a friend.
Last time he drove it, seems he had a flashback of his younger days. Not only did he leave a nice rut in the lawn (cars front tires were where the back tires are in the above pics), I also had a hard time keeping trying to catch him on the South Trunk Road. Think i finally saw him again when he swung off Lady Hailes.
Toyota Hilux
An uncle had loaned me this while i was waiting delivery of my wagon. And it's across here occasionally when we have need of it.
Take a close look at the front "bumper" .
At the time van, vas was raised two feet or thereabouts, had a newer model's turbo diesel engine, 2.5l i think, and was goverend to 110km/h (wise man).
Holden Statesman / Chevrolet de Ville
This was a potential project for Dad and a buddy.
But too much work was needed with this one.
more if i find them...... _________________ PROUD MEMBER OF D WAGON BOYZ @ DEX
