I will work on getting an official release from TTASA's board over the weekend.
What I've been told is that TTASA has given documented proof that talks between them and Eteck have been taking place to secure a place for motorsport for nearly two years now. Eteck is supposedly claiming that this is not so, I assume. Therefore, Judge Stollmyer has requested that he be presented with more documentation at another hearing set for December 16th 2005.
As far as I know this means that Wallerfield can be used for racing at least until then.
My details are sketchy, I will try to get something more concrete so that we dont have a myriad of posts with guessing and misinformation
