^^ Yes it is a Crested Oropendola .

My First try at Portraiture ( Finally got my Optical slave so I have one flash off camera )

Now if only I can get my Father to look at the Camera

Very nice and a classy shot David and thank you for posting the pic of your dad....The one below is my sister cousin's puppy. I saw real stress to get him to stay and be quiet..Thank God i did..

So what is the right of a vagrant? Technically he's in a public place, so he can be photographed.. but say you were going to publish and sell... how would you get a release?
