Nah it varies. The Honda took me too long cause I kept tweaking. It really should have been about 4 hours work, I took about 6. Started with a normal photo, traced in Illustrator, skewed it and finished it off there. So it's actually an Illustration, not a photoshop creation.

Some people build outlines in Illustrator and do shading in PS
