I like Toyota because of its history for extemely good quaility, durability and its great gas mileage. Parts tend to be a little more expensive, but lasts very long.

Nissan is the best when it comes to value for money, cheaper cars which are very easy to maintain, quality is not as high as Toyota tho.

Other opinions welcomed Cool

Vauxhall - history, heritage, underdog
MG - ditto
Mini - British Leyland, not BMW......giant slayer, breaks all social, financial and gender barriers
Toyota - Reliable forever
Nissan - smoothest idling engines

Peugeot all the way........which other Manufacturer or dealer gives you 10 years Warranty on a car body....yes the parts are expensive but have you ever heard a CV joint on a Peugeot making noise?? The suspension is well tuned then again with a rich rally history this is to be expected.

Mitsubishi, because they make the evo.

Next is Nissan, because they have so many different performance cars...both n/a and turbocharged.

out of the Japanese cars, honestly Toyota.

out of all cars, I'd buy a BMW and call that george.

if money was no object, Porsche (there is no substitute).
