The Yamaha KT100 Evil or Very Mad

This is the engine run in the 100cc light and Heavy classes in Trinidad at TTKA races.This engine is also run in the States and around the world in many classes where rules regulate engine performance.This is usually done by changing Driver and Kart minimum weight, Use of different exhausts from can type to tuned pipes, and the use of restrictor plates.

The Yamaha KT100 engine is the most popular High Performance 2-Stroke engine on the track.The engine is very popular for its low cost and performance, KT100 classes offer the most competitve racing and the most class variations at costs that makes racing surprisingly affordable.

The kt 100 is the most popular kart engine in tnt and has the most competitors in its 2 classes down here. the engine is available at ELEE agencies ltd. in P.O.S. The key to being competive w/ this engine is simple maintence which will lead to consistancy and which of course is needed to win any championship. On our local track i have recorded a top speed of 57 mph, but i expect to see more in Jamaica. Keep in mind this engine only produces 18 ponys race ready!
