Teflon is a bit xtreme & does not allow for any flexing of the cradle or any of the parts it is attached to, be careful you dont stress the other parts & find yourself changing everything else except where you have put the teflon, what you should have investigated is what is known as Polyurethane, this material gives flex but is much longer lasting & absorbs the energy created from suspension movement, Teflon does not flex to movement & is known to cause problems in other areas that not using teflon. Just something to look out for.

Ok maybe you will be one of the lucky ones, if ever you interested in the Polyurethane i have someone who can do them for you. His location is going toward Valencia side.

kool i have a next set or cradle bushings so maybe when funding permits i will do them in polyurethane and keep them also if anyone here has a 306 and want to do it in polyurethane they can borrow mines and jus exchange it for their old ones
its not a problem by me so that they can still use their car until they get the ployurethane ones
