I stand here at the tyop of the scrap heap and proclaim loud for all to hear, this is indeed the best forum EVER

We have TWO MGB resto threads, a 66 Mustang convertble (how frickin cool is that!!! ), one rare British historic rallycar, quite possibly the funkiest Mini around, not one but two Nissan Sylvia thingies (never mind Jahling gone AWOL), the little Box Lancer That Could (and does), and a Wingroad that turns sportscar convention on its head!!!!!!!!!

Yeah I really have been AWOL. Winter was really rough on me and the car. With the price of gas recently, its been parked on the side of the street most of the time. But the weather is warming up and I even managed to jack it up and crawl underneath for a few hours two weekends ago. I have a pile of parts to install - its just time and space it do it. Next thing on the agenda is to wash off 6 months worth of grime and bird sh*t and swap on the summer wheels. I have not washed it since October in an effort to disguise it from thieves. And even with the thick insulation of dirt, I still come out to find notes offering to buy it. I'll do an update soon - energy suspension poly bushings, B&M short shifter, etc.

How everybody else going?

Kev - I see you have your hands real full with your two ladies. Good luck with that. I look at the picture of the rust in the MG and it bring back memories including the smell.

Fuzz - glad to hear that you sticking with the KA. I get close to 30mpg highway on a good day.

Plex - hurry up and take some pics.
