I'll get the ball rolling with my projects:
1) MGB GT - the one everyone knows CUrrently waiting on new brake caliper pistons so I can service the brakes. Once that is done, maybe one Siolodex, then off to the garage for a bodyjob. I'll strip the car myself and send the rolling shell to paint. In the meantime, I'll probably rebuild the engine
2) Vauxhall Chevette HSR - plans to hopefully (and finally) remove extractor and have it remade....hopefully this time, the car will last the year without breaking down Once exhaust is back in, general tuneup, run thru electrics, and back to the dyno
3) Mini - buy tyres, tune up, Solodex
4) Lotus Super7 replica - looking for a sponsor to complete build-up and run a full Solodex season, using a ford escort 1.3 engine and box
ok who else????? _________________

very interesting projects here guys!
Currently in the process of procuring a 280c wagon...needs a lot of work....but getting it for free so the price IS right!!
knowing the car inside out cause it was my first car ever, going to run thru the stripping process as described by MG Man above.. Motor is in gr8 shape so thats also a plus!
will keep you all informed! _________________

MG do you bring down the parts yourself or through a dealer? I was considering sourcing parts from Australia or the UK (for the 323 wagon) but it's the $$ that worries me! _________________ Boosted Baby!

I buy all my parts myself, MG parts from the MG Owners Club and Vauxhall parts from the Droop Snoot Group, both of which are car clubs in the UK. No hassles so far........
