today almost anything is possible......i have a 8 piston setup going on my car & trust me it is significantly larger than this....so i think this will work well on a smaller car...the problem is you will need a rim that is NOT a flat surface against the calipers, the rim should have some sort of pertrusion so the cailper does not jam against the wheel. |

The rim design is a factor to consider. |

Well Plex with the rim on my 607 the brembos clear them by about 3mm or so, and they fill the 16" wheels perfectly without space so they look really huge. In terms of braking, these brembos stop on a dime especially since my dad and i both drive hard. Only thing is that when you don't wash off the brake dust between the pads and the rotor often they tend to squeek and i was told that the pads off evo's can work on these brembos as well, not sure about the subarus but i think they will work as well. |

Ok i would like to get a set of brakes for my 605 if i add more ponies under the hood. Maybe not brembos they are a bit pricey. Maybe if i can get stop tech or a euro brand or something. |

Either that or get some slotted rotors or cross drilled rotors to disapate the heat more effectively. If i remember correctly braking on the 605 wasn't all that...lol |

Interesting conversation guys, Brembo is indeed a favoured brand, but today's world has shown that braking technology is nothing new...Brembo just had a head start on everyone else so they have equipped themselves for many applications in different vehicles. Braking is a science just like everything else automotive, I had Brembo cross drilled rotors & beleive it or not the drilled holes develops hairline fractures after a while, i would not recommend cross drills of any brand, grooved & slotted is better. No matter what brand this is expensive unless you are staying with stock size, remember braking is actually more important than accelerating otherwise we all be dead from not being able to stop(anyone can go but not all can stop). Do not try to get brakes too cheap cause is one life you have, they cost what they cost, my upgrade cost $14,000.tt & that is not brembo & that is front only, Brembo is more than that for same spec upgrade. Shipping is costly here due the weight of these items, only way is to bring it in yourself in your suitcase & even then it still very heavy...no cheap way here guys unless you do the bamboo thing like i did in the begining. |

Good point you make about the fractures with the cross drilled rotors becuase i have heard more than one person complain about this, hence the reason they go slottled or rotors with dimples in them. |
