Guys,

I was talking with Garvin on monday about aftermarket support for peugeot and he is willing to get into it once he knows that pug drivers are interested..

He is willing to get into:

  • Wheels - Enkei
  • Suspension upgrades
  • Styling accessories

He is looking to see if there is a market here to get into and perhaps have a small stock. Although he do bring down for you as requested..

Perhaps we can look into:

  • Brakes upgrade
  • Big brakes kit

So anyone interested just respond to the thread.

I not sure about engine modification such as turbo, forge pistons etc.
But at least this is a start..

good to hear Plex.
What you should find out is what are the immediate upgrade needs for pug owners now, simple things first, green stuff disc pads, vented rotors, drop springs, shock packages. Get a head count, find out the prices and commit with a 50% downpayment to Garvin. That should start the ball rolling nicely.

solo, that sounds like a good plan..immediate upgrades...

next question is how to get the word around?

What i feel i could do is design a simple flyer and stick it by curtis informing others..

I will get back to Garvin what is his terms...Perhaps asked if there is better prices with group buying options..

What about engine/transmissions for pug men?

Seeing japaneese engines popular here, I am sure pug men would liek to do the same as well as other euro engines.

Plex, what about the pug meetings? haven't heard about one in a while, might be a good time for one eh? Get some prices from garvin re. disc pads and vented rotors, drop shock and spring, fuel presure regulators etc. on paper, also find out from Curtis and Sheldon what tune up/modification parts are on demand and see how it goes from there.

That may be out of his reach, since you will need someone in the UK to browse the breakers for good engines and trannys, then there's shipping...... Garvin is more of an accessory outlet, for more japanesse cars, don't know if he'll want to go down that road.
Sheldon has a link that could bring in engines, trannys, rear suspensions etc. Ask Plex for the contact number.

Spoke with Sheldon he mention the 306 and 406 being the most popular peugeot car for tuning.

I should get more infor from Garvin tomorrow about prices, products etc.

A group buying plan is the way we should go...I already mention this to Garvin.
