I don't agree with the idea of 'we lose we track so what they expect we to do'
Even when there was a track, there was still racing on the cross. People now have an excuse to try and justify it.....no matter how you spin it, street racing glorifies a dangerous activity, and impacts negatively on young, impressionable minds. I have money invested in a fast car too, but I have never taken a challenge on the street. Don't even get me started on the fast and furious mentality before I teach you how to double-clutch like you supposed to......

hey mg man easy easy! i just leting my view and yes it was there b4 wallerfield was lost but it more popular now! it is not justifying street racing but if if you personally had a toy that you save and invest in and could not play with it cous some fool put a fence around your play room and d road is the only place to play as a human being you would go in the road! now dont get me wrong i dont want to sy that all fellas who have fast cars should street race cous there are some fellas who cant drive but have more faster cars than you and me and will mark my words WILL cause accidents! and those who i talking bouth is those who now turn 17 and there parents buy there license now for now and d car to! and yes i would like you to teace me the way to double clutch! lol.so my advice is let them fellas who young and hot head go and learn to solodex b4 goin on d road!

I agree with u on the solodex thing, but the temptation to race on the cross is very appealing to young ppl who just want props and to feel part of something big. Drags is instant gratification for both spectator and competitor, hence its popularity. Its an unfortunate situation with our track, but to throw all the blame on the government is not the way to go about things. Nor is blaming TTASA.

If you remember the old F1 days, at one race, all the drivers refused to race because they felt it was not safe anymore, and by boycotting, FISA was forced to relent. Everybody cry down TTASA, but if every racer boycotted tacing for 2 years, what would TTASA do? Think about it....this whole wallers / street race thing is so typically trini Confused
