28-300 looks like the MOST useful range. You'll most likely leave that lens on right through... _________________ Drags, Circuit, Solodex, Rally, Karting, the Shows, the Girls, the Car you drive...

Yeah the 28-300 looks like the better all round lens. Unless you looking to get two soon, one wide angle , a nice one would be the 17-40. _________________ Mowgli : "Use the Zorce Princess Kaveshla!"...

Just take note of the filter size btw... the 28-300 is 62mm, and the 70-300 is 58. Just a heads up when yuh getting the filters (good to get the UV) _________________ Mowgli : "Use the Zorce Princess Kaveshla!"...
