I decide tuh stop using the "F" word for a month ! 
and meat of course... KFC FISH fillet combos tasting fine !
but kumar say he will only give up one thing : BATHING ONCE AH WEEK !
[as if dat is ah sacrifice fuh dat lazy poth.....  ]
what all yuh decide tuh give up ? as usual, maccoing people business is entertaining as always 
any fellas going tuh drive NO MORE than 80 km as ah SPECIAL lent sacrifice ?  |

I know how it is ! when ah almost use d "F" word today, meh friends laugh; ah feel shame den ah tell dem dat "technically" ah could still use d "MC"...
and other "choice" favourites [ ah tink ah watching too much LAW AND ORDER on tv !]
... we all only human, yes! and at least those of us who know ourselves enough, are not as badly off as d pious hypocrites who too "perfect" but never able tuh account fuh all d fund-raisin' money dey accumulate to "do God's work!"  |

Last year i absentine from meat & alcohol for one week..This year i going to limit it as mention above, however for two weeks before Good Friday no meat & alcohol..
Those days do be hard...But after Good Friday i need not say what i eat from there.. |

this is a good, classic SEINFELD kind of comment, mass D Audio and that is one of my 3 favourite sit-coms of all time !

yeah ! that is how he looked when i found him as a scrawny stray pup and cleaned him up and fed him
i'll put a photo of him as he is now; yuh goh see dat he definitely eh looking so innocent and pitiful now

I have not had any meat whatsoever, I took 2 beers recently 
Anyone that comes around me with meat will be beaten, thoroughly seasoned, cooked and subsequently eaten
