Okay junki...

4G63 Fuel Injector Sizes: (Gen 1 & Gen 2.)
Evo I, Evo II, Evo III & Evo IV = 510 cc.
Evo V, Evo VI & E6 TME, Evo VII, Evo VIII & Evo IX = 560 cc.

Sizes for the following are unknown so far:
G63BT... SOHC 1,997cc Mitsubishi 2000 turbo. (Galant & Lancer 2000 Turbo... not applicable to you.)
G62BT... SOHC 1,795cc Mitsubishi 1800 turbo. (Lancer 1800 GSR... not applicable to you.)
4G93... Gen 1 & Gen 2 DOHC 1,835cc GSR.

I have to rebuild these three engines too... Rolling Eyes When I strip them I'll check.

BTW what turbo are you using? Unless you're upgrading cams; try to use injectors and
turbo from the same model if possible for compatibility... ECU & harness too.

well further investigation has show that i ahve (biege/white) injectors which aparently are stock on the 1.8 turbo engines.. also that mitsubishi has a habbit of thier injectors being more than sufficent to handle modest upgrades. so after the car is wired im goin to do some duty cycle testing on the currnet injectors.. the turbo is a TdO5h off an evo 3 motor i dunno what Psi it was set at b/c the previous over is a kersplashi.. and had every thign in a mess so. as i dont have the car runin i can only imagine.. i was jsut doin some research into what injectors are avalible..

^ ^ ^ 1800 GSR injectors may be too small for Evo 3 turbo... even using 1800 GSR ECU.
OEM 1800 GSR runs 10 psi boost with smaller injectors than Evo 3.
Didn't the OEM Evo 3 run at least 13 psi using 510 cc injectors?
If you run "lean" with E3 turbo... Rolling Eyes

Check Mitsubishi Lancer Register for FI size info first.
