So i finally got my new digital camera... Exclamation Exclamation

had no choice but to learn a lil bit on how to set it up for low light shooting since 3 of the 4 bulbs in my room are blown.... Embarassed Embarassed

Heres what i did...white balance seems a bit off Embarassed

Serious talk now..Good resolution..Can you take a night picture, i always found that is a good test..Anyone agree?

the very 1st shot was taken with no lights on in the room atall...the only light source was the pc monitor. oh yeh and plz excuse the state of the desk Embarassed Embarassed

REALLLY GREAT stuff:)

So i was checking on you - (file info nah). I only checked a couple pictures but were all the pictures @ 100ISO? Try upin the ISo and see what happends and how it handles 'noise'... Waiting on de posts:) If you take similar shots that would be better for comparison.

Noise is pretty visible @ 1600 ISO, i figure this is a result of cannon squeezing +2MP onto the same image sensor from the 8MP XT.

As you could probably tell from the file info, i was playing around with the shutter speed last night to see the effect it has in low light.

I also learnt that i have very shakey hands Sad .

Its a Canon Digital Rebel XTi.
