TORMATT Motocross Update Apr 20

Hi Tormatt Riders,

There was some question as to whether we should push back the date of Motocross because of One Day cricket on May 15th.

At the Committee meeting, for those who were present last Monday, discussed this and felt that those who go to cricket are not necessarily those who go to Motocross.

We are also trying to keep the schedule as close as possible to every 4-5 weeks.

Our application for land in Chaguaramas in now under review and hopefully will be recommended to the CDA Board this coming month. It is our hope that we get approval so that we can have our first meet in Tucker Valley in June.

PLANNING: It was decided that all riders would be emailed the Rider Registration Form. Please keep it on your computer for future use. We would like for all riders to print it out and submit a signed and dated form to our TORMATT Committee so that we have them in hand at least ONE WEEK before race day. Planning the event requires knowing who will be there.

Narend, can you host the registration pdf file?

NOTE: Riders under age 18 must have a parent or Guardian also sign the form.

Race Fees ($100) for registering will be collected on race day by Richard Estrado.

A well planned meet starts with registration so that we know how to schedule each race. But I said that already.

Failure to register on time could result in refusal to be entered into race day events or points penalty deductions.
So go register now while you are thinking about it

We wish a jealous Bon Voyage to Glen Forrester from TORMATT and Narend from Zorce Magazine who will be attending the RedbullXfighters Freesyle Motocross event in the Plaza de Toros in Mexico this weekend. Lucky bastards. Take lots of pictures.
