i need the pros and cons of swaping this engine into a glxi lancer , some of these engines come FWD rite?

Not really advisable without serious drive-train mods IMHO.
I don't think they come FWD either as far as I know.

300 hp+ and 275 lb-ft+ torque with FWD only, would require a TorSen or clutch-type front LSD.
Even a "phantom" might not be enough with so much torque for street use.
It might suffer from severe torque steer, due to unequal length front axles.
Power on = sharp turn in one direction...
Power off = sharp turn in the other direction.

You might be better off with 4G93 (205 hp) instead. Maybe you could "get away" with a Phantom then.

you can get a dsm fwd version of the 4g63t it comes out of the plymoth laser(fwd)(same as eagle talon which is 4wd doe) there is one in trinidad at present.but the engine is a good engine the only thing is you may get a cheaper and easier conversion with good results
