although I'm sure you are familar with it already.
So what is the rated hp of your car and what is the manufacturer's curb weight of the car?
according to this http://english.auto.vl.ru/catalog/suzuki/
the Cultus sedan with the G15A engine (is that your engine?) puts down about 97PS (95.6hp) and weighs 980kg (2160 lbs) (BTW if you running the G13B engine then it's 85PS or 83.8 bhp)
now here comes the interpretation of the rules

so which is it? Personally I think you should be in a lower class (lower than ES)
Now here's the thing. When are the classifications for power to weight are based on the RATED hp (i.e. brake hp) and not the ACTUAL hp (i.e. wheel hp) put down. Is it once they are available?
Also.. what units are used to measure the weght of the car (kg or lbs). And should the actual weight (measured using scales) be the weight of the car with how much fuel (race fuel?).. full tank of fuel in my car weighs approx 48 lbs AND should the driver be in the car when it's weighed?
ALso.. if I wanted to keep in class.. can I add ballast to my car? Let's say I added an cold air intake and just broke into another class by virtue of power to weight (actual that is), but wanted to complete my championsip in the class I started.
