^ ^ ^ Okay patch, here are my toys...

Project 1........ Make & Model: 1999 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI RS2.
OEM Specifications:

Engine:........ Model - Evo 7 (Yup Evo 7): 4G63-D4 (1998cc)
.................... OEM hollow camshafts replaced by Tomei 'Poncams'
.................... Larger OEM Evo 7 Oil-cooler & Intercooler [coming soon.]
.................... Turbo: OEM Evo 6 TME RS - TD05HRA-16G6-10.5T

Transmisson: 'W5M51' RS2 5-speed manual.

Drive-train: Front - 'RS' Helical LSD.
.................... Centre - OEM Evo 6 Viscous coupling.
.................... Rear - OEM 1.5:1 mechanical LSD - [No AYC.]
Quote:
PROOF AT LAST:... Ask Devi ('dex) what his opinion is about the Evo 6 AYC.
Now he has an Evo 6 GSR with AYC!... but according to him it's sh!t!!! ("Quote.")
He says it takes away too much control from the driver "at the limit."
Now you know why I don't like AYC...

Suspension: OEM Evo VI RS2.

Brakes: OEM Evo VI RS2 - [No ABS.]

Body & Paint: White + OEM Evo 6 TME front air-dam/bumper. [Looks better than OEM RS2 air-dam IMHO.]

Interior: "Bought-out" Recaro seats, OEM Dash, Center consol and upholstery.

Wheels: Street:....... Rims - OEM Evo 6 TME White Enkei - 17x71/2" [Looks better than OEM RS2 rims IMHO.]
................................ Tyres - Toyo - 225/45x17".............. Competition: [to be decided]

Upgrade Schedule:
Engine:....... OEM Evo 7 transplant... [Upgrade of OEM Evo 6 4G63 planned. Twisted Evil ]
.................... Short-block: OEM + ARP Con-rod bolts.
.................... Cylinder Head: 'Blue-printed' Evo 7 (4G63-D4) + ARP Cylinder head Studs.
.................... Cams: 'Piper' (UK) Wink .
.................... Exhaust: OEM (3" Turbo-back system soon.)
.................... Intake: Custom Air-box + HKS + 'Cold-air' Ram Intake x2.
Edit: (December 2006)
Turbo:.......... Recent purchase of an FP EvoGREEN turbo has changed the whole ball-game.
Now I'm looking at making "just a little more" power & torque for the street and Solodex. Wink

Transmisson: Mitsubishi RS final-drive ratio. [soon Wink ]

Drive-train: Clutch: Exedy 'Cerametalic' Twin-plate clutch/flywheel MM022SD
..................... (Too damn expensive Rolling Eyes )

Chassis:...... FoamSeal - (Rocker panels / 'A', 'B' & 'C' pillars / roof brace)

.................... See The Truth: ~ About Rollcages & Racing Harnesses.
.................... Roll-cage (Identical to below) - [to be decided... I may use only FoamSeal.]

.................... Suspension: Coil-overs + Urethane bushings (ft. & rr.)
.................... Brakes: Calipers - OEM Brembo + Ferodo DS2500 pads
................................ Rotors - 'Slotted' Brembo.
Edit: (January 2007)
Suspension: .. Okay now I've done it! Just blew a big chunk of the buget on used, TOP quality,
adjustable coilovers. Setup will be a B!TCH but can't wait to try them in anger! Twisted Evil
As of now the RS2 will be RETIRED to "Weekend Warrior" & Solodex use ONLY!

Remarks:
OEM Evo 6 TME front air-dam/bumper + Black Recaro seats (added by original owner)
OEM Evo 6 TME Enkei rims (added by yours truely.)
To all intents and purposes, it's now an 'Evo VI TME RS2' in everything but 'VIN' (Chassis number.)
Use:..... Street: 'Weekend Warrior.'...... Competion: Solodex - 'EP'.

The rest of the gang... Galant 1800 VR-G... 4wd Lancer 1800 GSR... rwd Lancer 1800 GSR.

Still to come...
Project 2........ 'SuperSleeper'... Eventually to be my "Daily Driver."
Make & Model: 1996 4wd Mitsubishi Lancer 1800 GSR - E6 RS2/GSR 'Clone' from 4wd 1800 GSR.
Remarks: Not allowed to compete in Solodex with two cars, in two classes at the same time...
So...4G63 1998cc DOHC (ex-Evo 6) & RS box + Evo 6 suspension + Brembos + White Enkei TME Rims.
I also have ALL the OEM Mitsubishi Evo 6 TME body panels and Evo 6 GSR front & rear seats to install as well. Wink

Project 3........ "GroceryGetter."
Make & Model: 1984 rwd Mitsubishi Lancer 1800 GSR.
..................... [Engine: G62B 1795cc SOHC (OEM) / G63B 1995cc or 4G93 1835cc DOHC - To be decided.]
It'll look similar to this... but with Brembos + Evo 6 Rims.

That's it (... for now,) folks! Laughing

EDIT: (12-06-12) Newbie... Maybe the BEST "parts car" in history!... No B/S... ABSOLUTELY NO BULLSH!T AT ALL!

I'll be cutting up this one to fully restore the 'GroceryGetter' (rwd 1800 GSR)... although 'dissecting!' would be a more accurate description.

The Galant VR-G and GroceryGetter will be metallic Silver/Grey eventually.
The Evo and SuperSleeper will remain white. Wink
