well boy i also know of another statement that goes "not to those who wait too late"....but i am sure i will get those bearings if not this week i will bring them in from France myself.....i am in the shop a while now since after Carnival cause we had to figure out the reason for my problem so in doing so it took some time to find a new bottom end at the right price thanks to chinee boy...also new forged pistons & performance rings from JE for the 2.0 block & all the other goodies turbo etc....i guess i am just a bit frustrated that all my downtime is based on suppliers cause i ready to have my baby back.....then when that time comes i have too take time & drive slow to break her in.....well that's the price you pay for building your speed rather than buying it i guess.

I should have my new "Black Halo headlights" in my hand next week cause they are in the country as we speak so anyone interested in seeing what it looks like can link me up cause i myself have not seen them in real only in pictures....i have been told they came with bulbs, i am not sure if this is a superbright xenon setup like the new Benz's & BMW's but i am hoping so...also i have self adhesive aluminium heat sheild for sale if anyonne is interested...i bought it from Summit Racing last week & when it came i think i bought too much so i have a peice 3ftx4ft for sale new in plastic the cost is $45.us or $270.tt....this one is used on firewalls or anywhere in the car where you want to avoid heat...it is a heat transfer sheeting.

same chinee in this forum? i saw some pics for the Black Halo headlights, they will look really good on your car, i search and search for the black halo and no luck for my car..so i have decided to go with chrome angel eye & projection headlights, i will be coming up town tomorrow to give Mark the money..i am looking forward to see how these headlights look...when u get yours let me know..i let you know when i get my also...about the bulbs i know it suppose to come with the set..just i am not sure if it is the xenon setup..

i am interested in seeing how they will look im looking to do that same procedure later on apart from the asthetic look more light is always better with a HID or xenon kit as for the car tamer patience i know u go be whopping rell arse when it comes out just give me a 5 mile headstart and i will race u netime hahahaha or we can line up at the lights side by side just make sure ur car back to front in reverse lol............. Razz

that's very funny savvy....yes plex same chinee on this forum......that youth give me a good pullout with the bottom end......much appreciated.......i getting mine tomorrow nite (17th Aug) so if you guys have time u can check me either friday after work hours or saturday during the day.....i hoping that the bulb setup is like HID that will really be sweet......savvy we will take it on the 4sure but i will run out of boosts so u can get some bragging rights to say u gave me a good run.......what are friends for....ha ha ha..................can u all believe Prentice calle today to ask me if Neal&Massey making them bearings themself.....i found it very funny cause i did not want to say i was frustrated...so i called Cassie at N&M after....so as u know he has to call purchasing 2 find out if it has arrived so right now i am waiting on him 2 tell me if they are here yet.

Well finally i got the bearings from Neal&Massey on friday evening so it has been dropped off by the mechanic....things back on track for the finishing of this build will keep you all posted on that...I got the halo headlights also it looks wicked but it is not HID regular Xenon but it looks good...unfortunately it does not seem to work with the motor for headlight adjustment but that's really not a problem for me since i dont use that feature anyway...

I dont have my car to check but from what i can remember on my lights, i have a motor type attachment that comes off to go onto the replacement light i will use.....but on this set of black halo i am not seeing any area on it where this motor will go......so i think i will not be able to use the adjustment feature....oh ther is no manual adjustment on the halo lights either...so when you fit it that's it....no adjustment period.

well i hope i would not have a problem with that issue, when i lowered my car i had to adjust the headlight beam ,seeing these headlights do not have that i am hoping thats not a problem..i went ahead and bought the chrome headlight..i posted a pic with the adjustment..check this pic..

yes it looks like that....i have a install guide also but i have not read it yet...maybe it does have an adjustment you can make but i have to read the install guide to figure it out......
