| with the broadband i getting 195.50kps/24.44KB/sec..i find it should be faster..then again they say they still testing... |

Try testing it again, I find the results vary with these wireless systems from minute to minute... and I would imagine with the laptop wireless card, from location to location. Is yours mobile or fixed at home?

| actually i was using a mobile one and the service was terrible, so TSTT told us to use a fixed unit until the service improves..But that defeats the purpose cause the wireless system suppose to allow you to go any where in t&t..so i guess some early teething issues to work out still.. |

Check out http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest The TSTT test is kinda weird...it only showed 298kbps for me but speakeasy is closer to the truth at 6488kbps

Ran a 312 kbps on download and a 37 kbps pn upload using speakeasy.
Cable internet is already being put down here in T&T through the new co. "Flow". By year end I think we should see it becoming more widespread. Hopefully then we'll see some real action Gunz.

Previous speed test was on a cable modem. Just did another at my other location which is DSL 1.5.
